Reid Eastman is the current president of Eastman Logistics and has over 15 years of transportation
and business experience. Reid started the company by himself in 1990 with a hands-on management style,
which today includes overseeing the day-to-day operations, recruiting agents and spearheading automation
and quality control projects. Prior to starting Eastman Logistics, Reid was employed by Ligon Landstar
Company as a terminal operations manager after successfully completing the company's managerial fast-track program.

Jack Eastman is the vice president of sales and agency development for Eastman logistics and has over
40 years of transportation and business experience. Jack started his career working in operations for
a large barge terminal located in Kentucky. From there, he worked as the traffic manager for the Standard
Materials Corporation, which has quarries and sand pits located in several states. Later Jack was vice
president of national accounts for the Ligon Landstar Company, focusing on Fortune 500 accounts.
His international experience includes managing Liberty International's San Paulo, Brazil office that

Richard Coutermarsh heads up the Company's business development unit and has 16 years of logistics,
consulting and international experience. Previously, Rich served as a Captain in the United States Army,
and specialized in multifunctional integrated logistics and communications-electronics functional areas.
After completing his service obligation, Rich went to work for Airborne Freight Corporation as an
International-District Sales Manager. Following that he worked for TNT Logistics as a Global Account Manager.
Next he worked for Teligent, Inc., as the Director of Operations, and later for WorldPort Communications, Inc., as
the Vice President of Global Operations. Before joining Eastman Logistics Rich Worked for KPMG Consulting, Inc.,
as a Senior Manager.

Ernest Harper is the import and export manager for Eastman logistics and has over 33 years of transportation
and business experience. Prior to joining Eastman Logistics Ernest started his transportation career with
cougar Transportation, Inc. where he gained an extensive background in air/ocean exports, warehouse distribution,
intermodal trucking, crating, and project management. He started off with Cougar Transportation as a driver,
later being promoted to manager, general manager, vice-president and ultimately became president of the Company.

Doug Schelsteder is in charge of carrier relations for Eastman Logistics and has worked for the Company 4 years.
Prior to managing carrier relations, Doug dispatched and spot quoted truckload shipments for Eastman.
Before joining Eastman Logistics, Doug worked in the customer service and member relations division of
Country Clubs of America.

Phyllis Van Heldorf is in charge of the Eastman Logistics internal operational support units and has been with
the Company for over 6 years. Phyllis, oversees all aspects of the accounting, finance, and human resources
departments. Prior to joining Eastman Logistics Phyllis worked for 25 years in the banking industry and held
the position of accounting officer for 9 years.

Charmin D. Buffkin Charmin D. Buffkin: Works in the Eastman Logistics internal operational support department specializing in records
management, invoicing, accounts payables and quality control. Before joining Eastman Logistics Charmin worked
for the Regional Neurodiagnostic Center as a collection specialist. Prior to that Charmin worked as an
administrative assistant for Air Liquide America Corporation.
